So I still haven’t found the perfect lasagna recipe yet but I’m getting closer. I finally realized that maybe rosemary isn’t the best seasoning for the meat. (better for Sheppard’s Pie)
For this version of lasagna I decided to layer the noodles with a combination of Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms and spinach. For the top I decided to put a layer of ricotta and mozzarella.
Overall not bad but need to work on seasoning the meat!
